Hellgrammites are pretty plentiful where I fish so I decided to use some in a nearby creek. It didn't take long - this smallie smashed my lure and torpedoed out of the water a few times before I landed him. Light tackle and Mepps lures - pretty much all I use and it's a deadly combination!
